We will consider in more detail risk management methods as methods of localization of risks.
Methods of localization of risks are used in rare instances when it is possible to identify quite accurately risks and sources of their emergence.
Having allocated economically the most dangerous stages or sites of activity in the isolated structural divisions, it is possible to make them more controllable and to reduce risk level.
Treat such methods of localization:
- creation of the venture enterprises assumes creation of small affiliated enterprise as independent legal entity for high-tech (risky) projects. A risky part of the project is localized in affiliated enterprise, at the same time the possibility of use of scientific and technical capacity of parent company remains;
- creation of special structural divisions (with the isolated balance) for accomplishment of risky projects;
- signing of the contracts on joint activity for implementation of risky projects.
